Raghda Mahmood is the owner and administrator of our adult family home, providing hands-on leadership and compassionate care for every resident. She is actively involved in daily operations and is committed to creating a safe, structured, and family-like environment.With experience in senior care, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, and mental health support, Raghda focuses on personalized care that respects each resident’s needs, dignity, and comfort. She also maintains open communication with families to ensure trust and peace of mind.

Personal Care & Daily Living
Ashley’s Adult Family Home provides support with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication management. Residents receive home-cooked meals, housekeeping, and 24/7 supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and a true home-like environment.
Mental Health & Memory Care
​Residents receive compassionate mental health support, including structured routines, emotional care, and medication management. For those living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, caregivers provide specialized memory care, supervision, and engaging activities that support cognitive function.
Health, Social & End-of-Life Support
Ashley’s Adult Family Home coordinates medical care, monitors resident health, and encourages social and cultural activities to promote well-being. The home also offers compassionate hospice and end-of-life care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and support for both residents and their families.
